About Triarchy Press

Triarchy Press was founded in 2005 to publish exciting new books on organizations and how they work. Our aim is quite simply to throw light on how organizations work... and to offer insights into how they can be made to work better: more efficiently and profitably, yes. But also more ethically. More responsibly. More sustainably. More in tune with the needs of employees and other stakeholders.

We have already developed publishing partnerships with the UK's National Educational Trust, the Society for Organizational Learning and The London School of Economics' Complexity Group.

Our aim is to make Triarchy Press the home of informed debate about organizations.
